The 119th ordinary Annual General Meeting of ANDRITZ AG on March 26, 2026, has resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 2.70 per eligible share for the financial year 2025. The dividend payment of EUR 2.70 per eligible share, withholding tax of 27.5% (KESt), will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2026, via credit at the respective custodian banks.
