PRESS RELEASE

Battle Town Sets Sept. 15 Start for $13.5 Million Token Sale

Panama City, Panama, September 9th, 2026, FinanceWire

Battle Town, a pixel-art tank shooter that runs in a web browser, will open a public sale of its BTOWN token on Sept. 15, 2026. If every public stage sells out, the company says the round would raise $13,516,000. A separate corporate allotment of 20 million tokens could add about $1.48 million. The project will not move to a token generation event unless it clears a $2 million floor by June 30, 2027.

Battle Town is built for WebGL and is planned to settle on BNB Smart Chain. The closed-beta build is finished. After the sale starts, players with at least one ticket can enter. One ticket is issued for every $100 of confirmed token purchases.

The game is a 1v1 and 2v2 tank arena in the mold of the arcade cabinets and cartridge titles that filled living rooms in the 1980s and 1990s. Developers say ranked matches are decided by aim and timing. Digital tanks sold as NFTs do not change combat stats in ranked play. Ownership is not required to fight.

"We are building a game people want to come back to for the fight itself, not for the hope of a lucky roll," the founder, who publishes under the name The General, said in project materials.

BTOWN has a fixed supply of 300 million tokens. One hundred million, or 33.33 percent, are reserved for the public sale. Prices rise across 10 stages, from $0.015 in the first stage to $0.264 in the last. Public buyers receive 10 percent of their tokens at the generation event, then the rest on a monthly schedule after a one-month pause. Team tokens, 20 million of them, stay locked for 12 months.

Unsold public tokens do not go to the team. They move into a mining and rewards pool that also holds 80 million tokens earmarked for play.

Official tournaments are planned about once a quarter. The winner of the bracket is slated to receive 1 million BTOWN. Two additional prizes of 500,000 BTOWN each would go to players drawn at random from a completed match that did not reach the final. Holders of the 2,046 NFT tanks would split a separate pool of 75,680 BTOWN per official event. The project describes those holder payments as tournament bonuses, not a standing yield.

Confirmed purchases also open ticket-based matches between players. The company says the winner of each match is decided by the battle, not by a random draw. It positions the product as a competitive game rather than a betting service.

Smart contracts are written with OpenZeppelin libraries. An audit by Finteh is under way. No certificate has been issued. Contract addresses and the token standard have not been published. The only announced sales channel is battletown.com. No outside launchpad is listed.

Proceeds, if raised, are sketched as up to 30 percent for trading liquidity, about 25 percent for game work, 15 percent for marketing, 10 percent for operations, 5 percent for legal and audit costs, and 15 percent held in reserve. The company says those shares can change.

If the $2 million floor is missed by the June 30, 2027 deadline, funds are to be returned under the sale terms. Token price, exchange listings, tournament timing, and development progress are not guaranteed. The white paper states that BTOWN is a high-risk digital asset and that the document is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
