Ancenis, June 26, 2026 - The Manitou Group's Annual General Meeting was held on June 25, 2026 at the company's headquarters in Ancenis, under the chairmanship of Marcel-Claude BRAUD.
Voting shareholders represented 34 201 621 shares, or 89,377% of the shares entitled to vote (after deducting 1 402 065 treasury shares) out of the 39 668 399 shares comprising the share capital.
The Meeting approved the financial statements for fiscal year 2025, the distribution of a dividend of €0.75 per share to be paid on July 1st 2026.
The resolutions submitted to the vote and recommended by the Board of Directors were adopted by the shareholders. The results of the votes for each resolution are available on the company's website www.manitou-group.com.
