Availability of Deezer’s 2025 Universal Registration Document including the Annual Financial Report

Paris, 29 April 2026, 17:45 CEST – Deezer (Euronext Paris: DEEZR; ISIN: FR001400AYG6), the global music experiences platform, today filed its 2025 Universal Registration Document (Document d’enregistrement universel) in English, with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

Copies of the 2025 Universal Registration Document are made available free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations and can be downloaded from the company’s Investor Relations website https://www.deezer-investors.com.

The Universal Registration Document is also available on the AMF website, www.amf-france.org.

The following documents are included in Deezer’s 2025 Universal Registration Document:
