DLAnalyzer Announces $1M+ Raise to Scale AI Real Estate Platform

TAMPA, FL, USA, September 1st, 2026, FinanceWire

Funding will support continued development of personalized commercial real estate analysis and underwriting technology.

DLAnalyzer announces a raise of more than $1 million to scale its AI real estate platform. DLAnalyzer compares a property with the investor looking at it. The result can change depending on that person’s goals, available capital, experience, risk tolerance, and acquisition plans.

Investors can upload property details and financial information for review. The platform looks at factors such as cash flow, capital structure, market conditions, execution risk, and how well the property fits the investor’s strategy.

From there, DLAnalyzer produces a fit score and an overall assessment of the opportunity. It also identifies risks, tradeoffs, and platform-generated considerations for further review. DLAnalyzer explains how it arrived at its scores, giving investors access to the reasoning behind the assessment rather than presenting a result without context.

“A deal that may be attractive based on traditional underwriting metrics can receive a lower fit score for an investor if their capital requirements, risk profile, experience, or acquisition strategy make the opportunity less suitable,” said Dean Scarlett, founder and CEO of DLAnalyzer.

The technology is designed for commercial real estate brokers working with multiple clients. Brokers can create individual investor profiles and evaluate the same property against different criteria. An opportunity that aligns with one client’s strategy may receive a different assessment when evaluated for another.

This setup helps brokers compare how a single listing may fit several clients without treating every investor as if they have the same priorities.

It also gives them a consistent framework for reviewing opportunities across different portfolios.

DLAnalyzer combines this personalized approach with a structured progression system intended to reinforce disciplined underwriting. The platform supports the analysis process while keeping the investor’s circumstances and objectives central to the evaluation.

“The opportunity with AI in commercial real estate is not simply to process more information faster. It is to understand information in context,” Scarlett added. “A property does not exist in a vacuum. Its potential depends on who is buying it, what they are trying to accomplish, what resources they have available, and what risks they are willing to accept.”

The more than $1 million raise will support continued development of DLAnalyzer’s AI functionality as the company scales its technology. The funding will help advance a platform built around the individualized nature of commercial real estate decisions and the role AI can play in analyzing both the property and the investor considering it.

As development continues, the company plans to expand the platform’s ability to support investors and brokers through property evaluation and underwriting. The focus remains on giving users more context around a deal instead of relying on a single set of generalized assumptions.
