The Belgian State and ENGIE Group have agreed to extend the target date for concluding the Heads of Terms until 4 november 2026

The Belgian State, ENGIE S.A. and Electrabel NV/SA have agreed to extend the target date for concluding the Heads of Terms (“HoT”), as envisaged in the Letter of Intent of 29 April 2026, until 4 November 2026, in connection with the potential acquisition of the nuclear activities by the Belgian State.

Given the complexity and scope of the potential transaction, additional time is needed to complete the parties’ ongoing analyses and discussions.
