Fourcore Tech Finance Ltd. calls on bondholders to vote on amendment to bond terms

London, United Kingdom, 29 January 2026 – Fourcore Tech Finance Ltd. is calling on the holders of its 10% corporate bond (ISIN DE000A3K5H67; WKN A3K5H6) to vote in a vote without a meeting.

The vote will take place between 00:00 (CET) on 18 February 2026 and 24:00 (CET) on 20 February 2026.

The subject of the resolution is the approval of amendments to the bond terms with regard to interest and the term of the bond. The amendments include an extension of the term until 16 September 2029, an increase in the annual coupon from 10% to 10.25% and a change in the coupon payment date from 28 February to 16 September.

Due to delays in several expected cash-generating events, the issuer will not be able to make the final coupon payment and redeem the bond on 28 February 2026, as originally scheduled.
