GANÉ Value Event Fund: Target cash distribution of 4 per cent per year achieved

  • Quarterly distribution for share class B increased by 22 per cent to 11.00 euros per share
  • Quarterly distribution for share classes C and M increased by 22 per cent to 1.10 euros per share
  • Target distribution of 4 per cent per year achieved for quarterly distributing share classes B, C and M
  • Substantial reserves enable stable distributions in the coming years
  • GANÉ Value Event Fund generated an annualised return of 7 per cent since inception with a volatility of 10 per cent

Gräfelfing, 11 August 2026 – The multi-asset fund set up by GANÉ Investment-AG mit Teilgesellschaftsvermögen has increased its quarterly distribution for share class B by 22 per cent to 11.00 euros per share, and in share classes C and M by 22 per cent to 1.10 euros per share. As a result, the current yield has reached the target distribution of 4 per cent just a few years after the launch of Classes B, C, and M.

The quarterly-distributing share classes B, C and M are tailored to foundations and pension funds as well as to all investors who value stable distributions over the course of the year.

With its distinctive value and event investment strategy—for which Dr Uwe Rathausky and Henrik Muhle were named Germany´s "Fund Manager of the Year" in 2019 and 2024—and a flexible asset allocation across equities, bonds and cash, the fund aims to generate long-term equity-like returns with low volatility. As a result, the global multi-asset fund posted a gain of 20 per cent since inception, which is equivalent to an average annual return of 7 per cent. The fund's assets under management total 1,353 million euros. Over its entire term, the fund has exhibited an average volatility of 10 per cent (as of 10 August 2026).

Dr. Uwe Rathausky, Member of the Management Board of GANÉ Investment-AG, commented: "For the past quarter, we were able to raise the cash distribution once again by a further 22 per cent to 11.00 euros and 1.10 euros per share, respectively. We achieved our goal of continuously raising the current yield to 4 per cent per year while simultaneously building up substantial distribution reserves just a few years after the GANÉ Global Balanced Fund was converted into the current GANÉ Value Event Fund on 23 February 2024. Going forward, the intra-year distribution is not intended to be reduced compared to the preceding quarterly payout. It is meant to remain constant or be further increased in the course of a positive fund price performance.”

J. Henrik Muhle, Member of the Management Board of GANÉ Investment-AG, adds: "We are continuing our track record of success. Even today, we possess substantial distribution potential and significant unrealized gains from securities transactions. Our growing distribution reserve is fed by various income sources, such as dividends, interest, and capital gains from equities and bonds. With this, we have laid the foundation for a sustainable success story for share classes B, C, and M."
