Gerresheimer AG: Uwe Röhrhoff Steps Down as Interim CEO
Duesseldorf, August 24, 2026. Uwe Röhrhoff has stepped down from his role as interim CEO of Gerresheimer AG (ISIN: DE000A0LD6E6, “Gerresheimer”) at his own request. He had been appointed interim CEO of the Company effective November 1, 2025, with his term set to end no later than October 2026.
The Supervisory Board respects his decision and explicitly thanks Uwe Röhrhoff for his outstanding dedication over the past few months.
Until further notice, Wolf Lehmann, CFO, and Achim Schalk, member of the Management Board, will assume his duties.
