As a child, he translated for her, and by age five he helped her make cold calls to farmers who needed labor crews. At 17, Heredia left home with a one-way bus ticket to California and took an entry-level job in payment processing.

“I’ve always believed that success means helping other people succeed,” Heredia adds.
