Semestrial Report S2 2025 of the liquidity agreement concluded with Gilbert Dupont stock company

Under the liquidity agreement entrusted by GROUPE SFPI to Gilbert Dupont, as at 31 december 2025, the following means were included in the liquidity account :

  • Number of shares: 85 439
  • Cash balance of the account of liquidity: 158 378,19 €

During second semester 2025, the following have been negociated :

BUY 104 965 shares 214 690,03€ 633 transactions
SELL 88 884 shares 179 366,88€ 527 transactions

We would like to remind you, that at the last semestrial release as at June 30, 2025, following means were included in the liquidity account:

  • Number of Shares: 69 358
  • Cash balance of the account of liquidity : 193 701,34 €

At the beginning of the liquidity contract, the following means were available:
