Half-year report on Deezer’s liquidity contract with BNP Paribas

Paris, 7 January 2026 - Deezer (Paris Euronext: DEEZR)

Under this contract, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account as of December 31, 2025:

• 138,977 shares;
• 98,722 euros in cash.

During H2 2025, the following transactions were executed:

• On the buy side, 208,754 shares for an amount of 231,991 euros (576 transactions);
• For the sell side, 214,474 shares for an amount of 239,830 euros (807 transactions).

As a reminder, at the time of the last half-year statement June 30,2025 the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:

• 145,922 shares (withdrawal of 137,597 shares on 07/04/2024);
• 88,698 euros in cash.

During H1 2025, the following transactions were executed:

• On the buy side, 366,005 shares for an amount of 502,048 euros (872 transactions);
• For the sell side, 283,356 shares for an amount of 390,402 euros (985 transactions).

On July,5, 2022, at the date of entry into force of the contract, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:

• 0 share;
• 800,000 euros in cash.
