hep global GmbH Engages Financial Advisors to Explore Financing Options
Güglingen, 23 January 2026 – hep global GmbH has engaged Clarksons Securities AS and SB1 Markets AS to assist the company in evaluating and pursuing opportunities related to the refinancing of its existing debt obligations, including the Green Bond 2021/2026 (ISIN: DE000A3H3JV5) and its other capital market liabilities as well as the future financing of the business. The engagement is part of the company’s ongoing aspirations to strengthen its capital structure, enhance financial flexibility and support the execution of its long-term growth strategy. A general update, preliminary 2025 numbers and an outlook for 2026 and 2027 are released in a separate announcement.
The scope of the review includes assessing current market conditions, potential refinancing alternatives and other proactive measures to optimize the company’s leverage profile. As part of the process, the advisers will engage in dialogue with potential lenders.
