Availability of the 2025 Universal Registration Document (URD)

Icade announces that the French version of its 2025 Universal Registration Document including its Annual Integrated Report was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 02, 2026 under number D.26-0214.

This document can be viewed on or downloaded from:

It is also available to the public, free of charge, upon request:

The 2025 Universal Registration Document (URD) includes the following:

• 2025 Annual Integrated Report, also available as a separate document on Icade’s website;
• 2025 annual financial report and the Statutory Auditors’ reports related thereto;
• Sustainability report;
• Corporate governance report;
• Information on the Property Investment Division’s portfolio and valuation reports.

The 2025 URD is also available in English on Icade’s website.

Climate and Biodiversity Overviews

Icade has also today published, on its website under the CSR section:

• a Climate Overview presenting the updated low-carbon pathway to comply with the new standard issued by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), namely the Buildings Sector Science-Based Target-Setting Criteria, the new objectives for 2030 consistent with a +1.5°C goal for all three scopes and the performance in terms of reducing its greenhouse gas emissions between 2019 and 2025, in line with its 2030 revised targets;
• and a Biodiversity Overview presenting Icade’s rewilding strategy, commitments and results in the light of the Group’s 2030 objectives.

These strategies are detailed in the sustainability report¹ contained in chapter 3 of the 2025 URD.
