Increase in the resources allocated to the liquidity contract with ODDO BHF

LISI (ISIN FR0000050353) and ODDO BHF have signed on 2 June 2026 an amendment n°2 to the annual liquidity and market monitoring contract initially signed on 29 March 2019. This amendment complies with the decision of the AMF n°2021-01 of June 22, 2021, related to the establishing of liquidity contracts on shares as accepted market practice and the standard contract of the AMAFI.

In accordance with the provisions of the decision of the AMF n°2021-01 of June 22, 2021, LISI has today increased the resources allocated to the liquidity contract entrusted to ODDO BHF by:

• 3 000 000,00 € (three million euros)

After this increase in the cash amount allocated to the liquidity contract, the available resources starting 16 June 2026 are as follows:

• 7 683 shares
• 4 660 503,31 €
