FORMALITIES FOR OBTAINING THE DOCUMENTS IN PREPARATION OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

PARIS, APRIL 21, 2026 - Mersen shareholders are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday May 12, 2026 at 10 a.m. at the Paris Trocadero Business Center, 112 avenue Kleber, 75116 Paris.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, as well as the formalities for attending and voting at the meeting, was posted on the Bulletin des Annonces légales Obligatoires “BALO” website (https://www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr/) on April 3, 2026, bulletin number 40.

The convening notice will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces légales Obligatoires “BALO” and in a legal gazette within the deadlines stipulated by the applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
