ANALYSIS BY DIVISION
MEDIA
In France, audio plays a central role in user habits: 83% of people aged 15-80 listen to audio content every day2. Radio accounts for 53% of this listening time2. With nearly two-thirds of French people tuning in every day, representing 37.6 million listeners3, and an average daily listening time of 2 hours 49 minutes3, radio remains a powerful medium deeply ingrained in French people’s daily lives.
(1) Excluding barters.
The Group’s strong brands continue to attract large audiences and maintain their leading positions in radio, the Box TV music channel segment and across digital platforms.
- According to Médiamétrie’s figures for April-June 2026, the Group’s 4 radio stations attract 9.1 million listeners every day4. They are France’s no. 1 commercial radio offering, both across the entire public5 and amongst the priority target group of 25-49-year-olds6, with an 18.1% audience share for this target7.
- Over the first 9 months of the year, NRJ HITS has confirmed its position as the 1st music channel on Box TV amongst the general public8 as well as amongst Médiamétrie’s main commercial target audiences9. The channel attracts an average of 4.4 million viewers per month10.
- Across digital platforms, the Group ranks 1st amongst private groups for Internet radio, with 284.6 million active listens over the first 9 months of 202611. It is also the leading private radio group among listeners under the age of 65 using smart speakers12. Lastly, it retains its position as the 1st radio group in the e-commerce sector, with nearly 14 million weekly listeners who have made online purchases over the last 12 months13.
In the 3rd quarter, the Group continued to expand its radio and digital offerings, with a view to enhancing their appeal and ensuring they complement one another, with the launch of ‘NRJ Fan Power’, a new interactive show streamed live on YouTube, and ‘Nostalgie Vinyle Club’, a programme available on radio, as a podcast and in video format. The ‘Afterwork du Rire’ show on Rire & Chansons has also been adapted into new video and podcast formats.
In Sweden, on 1st August 2026, the Group completed the transition from a national FM broadcasting licence to a network of regional licences, valid until 31 July 2034, covering 20 of Sweden’s 21 regions. The transition went smoothly, enabling the Group to continue broadcasting the NRJ programme on FM, with coverage of over 80% of the Swedish population, in addition to DAB+ and IP broadcasts.
The Media division reported revenue1 of €52.0m in the 3rd quarter of 2026, down 7.8% compared with the 3rd quarter of 2025. For the first 9 months of the 2026 financial year, its revenue1 amounted to €158.8m, down 6.2% on the same period of the previous financial year.
The decline in revenue1 in the Media division is mainly due to the drop in its revenue in France, by 8.4% in the 3rd quarter and 7.1% over the first 9 months of the financial year. Against a backdrop of continued economic and geopolitical uncertainty, which is weighing on household spending, the radio advertising market in France experienced, in the 3rd quarter of 2026, a decline in demand from advertisers, particularly in the retail and automotive sectors, which are the top two sectors in terms of radio advertising spend. Outside France, revenue1 for the Media division fell by 5.4% in the 3rd quarter and by 2.6% over the first 9 months of the financial year.
BROADCASTING
As at 30 September 2026, the Broadcasting division has strengthened its position in the radio broadcasting market, with a market share of 52.2% for DAB+ (+3.6 percentage points since the end of 2025) and 31.5% for FM (+0.8 percentage points). Its market share in DTT stood at 30.9% (-0.2 percentage points).
In the 3rd quarter of 2026, the Broadcasting division generated revenue1 of €21.5m, an increase of 3.9% in comparison with the 3rd quarter of 2025. For the first 9 months of the 2026 financial year, its revenue1 amounted to €64.1m, up 2.4% on the same period of the previous financial year.
The expansion of DAB+ and the continued strength of FM broadcasting operations are continuing to underpin the Broadcasting division’s performance, whilst the division continues to develop its infrastructure. As at 30 September 2026, it operated 974 broadcasting sites, compared with 936 at the end of 2025.

OUTLOOK
The Group’s outlook for the 2026 financial year remains unchanged.
Future trends in the advertising market remain difficult to predict, but the downward trend continued in October.
In the 4th quarter, the Media division will continue to enhance the appeal and complementarity of its radio and digital offerings, in particular through the development of new audio and video content. This momentum is evident with the launch of NOSTALGIE 60-70 on 5 October, a new music radio station broadcast nationwide on DAB+.
The Broadcasting division will continue to roll out DAB+ and expand its network of owned sites, with the aim of strengthening its market share across all its business areas.

45 years after NRJ radio was created by Jean-Paul BAUDECROUX, NRJ GROUP, a publisher, producer, broadcaster, and advertising sales house, is one of France’s leading private media groups.
In France, the Group is a leader in the private market for national and local radio and audio with its 4 powerful and complementary brands (NRJ, CHERIE FM, NOSTALGIE and RIRE & CHANSONS), which provide an editorial offering focused on music and entertainment. NRJ GROUP is also the leading private digital radio group. Drawing on the strength of its brands, the Group has developed a digital ecosystem comprising a wide range of content (live digital streams, more than 360 topical digital radio stations, original and catch-up podcasts), accessible via a variety of media (websites, mobile apps, smart speakers, third-party platforms) to optimise access thereto.
