Peugeot Invest sells the remainder of its stake in LISI for €116 million
Peugeot Invest announces the sale of the remainder of its stake in LISI, in line with the gradual divestment process initiated in 2024.
The transaction involved the disposal of 2,095,859 LISI shares at an average price of €55 per share. Following completion of the transaction, Peugeot Invest no longer holds any shares in LISI.
A shareholder in LISI since 1977, the Peugeot family group has supported the company’s development and transformation into a leading player in its markets, particularly in aerospace. In 2023, Peugeot Invest played an active role in the reorganisation of LISI’s shareholder structure, contributing to the stability of its shareholder base and the continuous control by the founding families. The successive disposals have also significantly increades LISI’s free float and improved the liquidity of its shares.
The strong appreciation of the share price in recent years has enabled Peugeot Invest to realise nearly €390 million in value creation over the entire holding period, corresponding to an internal rate of return (IRR) of 11% over nearly 50 years.
