Publication of the 2025 Universal Registration Document
Compagnie Chargeurs Invest filed on April 8th 2026, its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the French securities regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
The Universal Registration Document, in French, can be viewed on the Company website www.chargeurs.com. It is also available on request by email (comfin@chargeurs.com) and at the Company headquarters: Chargeurs, 7 rue Kepler, 75116 Paris.
The Universal Registration Document includes in particular:
- the 2025 annual financial report and the related Statutory Auditors’ report;
- the Group’s sustainability report;
- the information on risk management and internal control procedures;
- the Group’s corporate governance;
- the information pertaining to the Combined General Meeting to be held on April 30, 2026.
The English version of the Universal Registration Document is currently under way and will be published soon on the Company website.
