Publication of the 2025 Universal registration document

Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (the “Company”) announces the filing with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), on March 11, 2026, of its 2025 Universal registration document, including the annual financial report, under number D.26-0077.

This document may be downloaded and viewed on the Company’s website in “Finance” section, under “Regulated information” (French and English versions) and on the AMF website (French version only) (www.amf-france.org).

A printed version of the Universal registration document is available upon request at the Company’s registered office: Tour Saint-Gobain, 12, place de l’Iris, 92400 Courbevoie, France.

The following documents are notably included in the Universal registration document:

• the 2025 annual financial report;
• the Board of Directors’ report on corporate governance;
• the sustainability report and the related certification report;
