Semi-annual update on the AIR LIQUIDE liquidity contract

Under the liquidity contract entered into between AIR LIQUIDE and BNP PARIBAS, the following resources were listed in the liquidity account on December 31, 2025 (trading date):

• 50,050 AIR LIQUIDE shares
• €10,549,288.70

During the second half of 2025, a total of:

Purchase: 394,643 shares (4,131 transactions) €67,612,563
Sale: 365,443 shares (5,000 transactions) €62,937,754

As at June 30, 2025, the most recent update, the following resources had been allocated to the liquidity account:

• 22,250 AIR LIQUIDE shares

As at December 31, 2018, the date of implementation of AMF Decision 2018-1 of July 2, 2018, the following resources had been allocated to the liquidity account:
