AGRANA Declares €0.35 Dividend Amid Economic Challenges
AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG held its 39th Ordinary Annual General Meeting, announcing a dividend of €0.35 per share for the 2025/26 financial year, down from €0.70 the previous year. The payment date is set for 13 July 2026. This decision aligns with AGRANA's strategy to maintain a stable and clear dividend policy, balanced by cash flow, debt considerations, and a robust balance sheet.
CEO Stephan Büttner highlighted the year's financial performance amid political and economic turbulence. Despite market volatility, AGRANA achieved solid operating profits, driven by the Food & Beverage Solutions sector. The company remains focused on its NEXT YEAR strategy, with efficiency improvements already enhancing operations by the first quarter of 2026/27.
Additionally, key board members, including Büttner, were discharged from liability. Petra Peni was elected to the Supervisory Board, succeeding Claudia Süssenbacher. KPMG Austria was appointed auditor for the upcoming financial year.
