CRCAM Brie Picardie: Share Buybacks in accordance with MAR Regulations
Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie undertook a series of share buybacks between February 16 and 20, 2026, in compliance with the conditions of Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These transactions, aimed at cancelling the shares, were carried out on the XPAR market.
The week began on February 16 with the purchase of 2,382 shares at a weighted average price of €29.60. The following days saw varying volumes traded: 1,444 shares on February 17 at €29.10, and 3,189 shares on February 18 at €29.54.
On February 19 and 20, share buybacks continued with 1,095 and 1,072 shares respectively, at average prices of €29.52 and €29.20. Kepler Cheuvreux SA executed these transactions, reflecting its rigorous adherence to regulatory principles.
