Regulated Agreements: 2024 Report of Crédit Agricole Mutuel des Savoie
The special report of the statutory auditors of the Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel des Savoie for the financial year ending 2024 reveals details on regulated agreements. In the absence of new agreements submitted for approval, attention has turned to those already approved in previous years.
Laurent Bennet, Chief Executive Officer, had his employment contract suspended in favor of the appointment of a corporate officer, while preserving his acquired rights. Regarding partnerships, a collaboration between the Crédit Agricole Group and Worldline was approved to strengthen payment operations. Furthermore, the Regional Bank's entry into a VAT Group was validated, guaranteeing an independent tax policy and compensation for potential losses.
Finally, the group's mortgage financing program was expanded, increasing the issuance ceiling to strengthen liquidity.
