FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List effective September 1, 2026. These include securities from prominent issuers like Citigroup, Natixis, and AstraZeneca. Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. introduced notes linked to preference shares maturing in August 2029. Natixis Structured Issuance SA has preference share linked notes due in 2031.
AstraZeneca Finance LLC launched multiple notes with different maturity dates, the earliest being 2030 with a 3.402% interest rate. Similar debt-related securities from other significant players, such as Land Securities Capital Markets plc and Barclays Bank PLC, were also listed, indicating a varied and robust addition to the market.
