FCA Admits Various Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of December 24, 2025. This includes a diverse range of instruments from equity shares to securitised derivatives.
Among the notable entries, Amigo Holdings PLC listed 62,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each. Meanwhile, iShares Physical Metals PLC introduced several ETCs: Palladium, Gold, and Platinum.
The International Finance Corporation added 15,000,000,000 NGN Zero Coupon Notes due in 2027. Additionally, multiple issuers like 21Shares and WisdomTree issued digital and commodity securities, expanding their offerings significantly.
Notably, HSBC Bank PLC issued Market Access Warrants linked to BOE Technology Group shares. Finally, Leverage Shares also listed several options ETPs including major tech companies like Apple and Amazon.
