Gerresheimer AG Announces Departure of Interim CEO Uwe Röhrhoff
Gerresheimer AG has disclosed that Uwe Röhrhoff, the interim CEO, has stepped down at his request. Röhrhoff was appointed as interim CEO effective November 1, 2025, with his tenure originally expected to last until October 2026. The company's Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for his dedication during his tenure. Röhrhoff's duties will temporarily be covered by CFO Wolf Lehmann and Management Board member Achim Schalk.
This leadership change at the Duesseldorf-based company was announced on August 24, 2026. Gerresheimer AG, a listed entity in various German markets, will continue to manage its operations while searching for a permanent CEO replacement.
