LePERMISLIBRE Reduces Its Operating Loss in the First Half of 2026
On October 30, 2026, lePERMISLIBRE, a French online driving school, announced a significant reduction in its operating loss. Compared to the first half of 2025, this loss decreased from €1.05 million to €0.35 million. This is the result of a restructuring in 2025 that notably reduced payroll by 51%.
Despite a 20% drop in revenue, the company stabilized its operations thanks to the opening of seven new branches. The reform of the CPF (Personal Training Account) in February 2026 impacted orders, but PERMISLIBRE is focusing its efforts on candidates who are self-financing their driver's licenses.
The company also strengthened its cash position through a capital increase of €0.62 million in September. With growing shareholders' equity, lePERMISLIBRE is targeting positive EBITDA for the first half of 2027.
