PRECIA convenes its Shareholders for the 2026 Combined Annual General Meeting

PRECIA, a public limited company with a Management Board and Supervisory Board, announces the convening of its shareholders to the Combined Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the company's registered office. The deliberations will cover matters such as the approval of the 2025 financial statements, the management of the Supervisory Board, and the renewal of directors' terms of office.
