Revolut has reached a significant milestone, surpassing 3 million retail customers in Germany. This achievement comes just a few months after hitting the 2.5 million mark, highlighting strong growth in the region. Transaction volumes have increased over 67% year on year, with 57% of spending in everyday categories like groceries and transport.

The company credits its success to a product offering tailored for the German market, including current accounts with German IBANs and savings accounts offering up to 2% interest. Revolut aims to become Germany's leading bank by focusing on security, transparency, and customer-centric solutions.

Revolut's investments in Germany encompass products, infrastructure, and brand visibility. The company also plans to deepen its European presence by applying for a French banking licence and expanding its local teams.
