Cairn Homes Plc: Transaction in Own Shares
Cairn Homes plc has repurchased a total of 120,000 of its ordinary shares through the Company's broker Numis Securities Ltd. The shares were purchased on both Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, with the highest price per ordinary share at €1.462 and £1.244 respectively. Following settlement and cancellation of these purchases, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 652,915,633. These transactions form part of the Company’s share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2023.
