Condor and Element79 Reschedule December 2023 Lucero Payment
Condor Resources Inc. has announced a revised agreement with Element79 Gold Corp. regarding the payment terms for the Lucero project. The US$500,000 payment will now be split into two tranches, with 25% paid now in common shares of Element79 and the remaining balance due by March 31, 2023. As part of the rescheduled payments, Element79 will issue a bonus of US$12,500 to Condor in Element79 shares. The Company remains focused on exploration activities in Peru with the objective of discovering major new precious metals or base metals deposits.
